The Artisans of Lucca
Tuscan artistry is alive and well in the walled town of Lucca. We meet four artisans who specialize in book printing, violin making, textile weaving and antique restoration. Visiting any of the their shops and watching these masters at work will enhance your appreciation for Italian craftsmanship!

Rome’s Garbatella Neighborhood
For a taste of the real Rome, head to southern Rome where unique architecture sprouts up out of the dense greenery of the area. A short walk from the cluster of buildings that make up historic Garbatella leads you to one of Rome’s lesser known secrets: the Tor Marancia murals. Exploring Garbatella is a feast for the eyes with architectural wonders and alluring street art. Plus we tell you some cool places to hang with the locals!
