Domus Allessandra operates a 100% gluten-free kitchen and provides a gluten-free breakfast daily for guests. The proprietor offers guests the chance to cook gluten-free meals with him and can give advice on area restaurants that adhere to gluten-free standards. Rates start at 35 euros per person, per night depending on length of stay.
