Turin: Terra Madre Salone del Gusto

This Slow Food event combines the birthday of Slow Food and the anniversary of the Salone del Gusto event, which happens every two years. The artisan food festival showcases specialty foods from producers from 150 countries and engages visitors in food workshops and discussions around sustainability. Guests can also book special dinners. Previous editions of Salone del Gusto were held in Turin‘s convention center, but this year, the event will be spread out across the city in outdoor venues such as Parco del Valentino and Palazzo Reale.
