Busalla: Rose Festival

This unique rose festival in the town of Busalla dedicates itself not to the aesthetic beauty of roses, but rather to the flowers’ culinary merits. Vendors sell a variety of food items containing roses, including jam, honey, ravioli, ice cream, sausage, cheese, bread, and cake. Guests can also learn the health benefits of edible roses, hear poetry, sample cosmetics, and attend presentations.
