Day 7: Three Michelin-star chef Massimo Bottura takes Kathy on a series of culinary adventures in and around Modena including a visit to Caseificio Rosola in the hills outside Modena to taste some of his favorite Parmigiano Reggiano in all of the land. This is one of Bottura’s prized ingredients and a specialty of Italy’s Food Valley.
