This osteria may have won three Michelin stars, but the team does not rest on their (stellar) laurels. Chefs from all over the world train to leave a mark on the dishes served here and patrons travel from far and wide to taste them. Boundless creativity, dedication to detail, and a commitment to efficiency and excellence makes dining at Osteria Francescana the meal of a lifetime.

The 12-course tasting menu ranges from starters to desserts and includes famous Bottura creations like “This little piggy went to the market” and “Five ages of Parmigiano Reggiano in different textures and temperatures.” Bottura takes inspiration from contemporary art, and each dish that escapes the kitchen will prove it. Reservations are required and are released six months in advance. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. For more information, visit www.osteriafrancescana.it
