Franceschetta 58 is the self-described bistro of the Francescana family. “I ❤️ Modena” is written on the window of the restaurant and the menu is testament to that, with a playful yet deep respect for Modenese dishes and Emilia-Romagna traditions. Highlights from the a la carte menu include the Emilia burger with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, a balsamic vinegar glaze and a patty made of cotechino and Chianina beef; and tortellini with an aged Parmigiano Reggiano sauce. There are also two tasting menus to choose from, featuring the catch of the day with turnip greens and trout eggs, and 36-month-aged pancetta with apple mostarda. Franceschetta 58 is open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner; reservations are released 60 days in advance. For more information, visit www.franceschetta.it
