Next to the Ferrari factory compound and the Ferrari flagship store in Maranello, Cavallino is a racing fan’s dream come to life. It was originally the dining hall for the Ferrari company cafeteria opened in 1950 and has since been transformed by Massimo Bottura. Every detail of this space is dedicated to Ferrari’s history including custom wallpaper patterns of the iconic cavallino or “little horse.”

A tasting menu called Benvenuti in Emilia (Welcome to Emilia) of four dishes starts with the crowd-favorite, umami-flavored crème caramel al Parmigiano Reggiano. Cavallino is open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday for lunch.
