At her agriturismo, Liliana Lombardi produces conciato romano cheese using the same methods as the ancient Romans did. She seals the hard cheese in vases to age for eight months before giving it to Franco Pepe to garnish his pizzas. The lush grounds provide some of the most beautiful views in the region, providing spectacular scenery to go with a delicious meal. The agriturismo is open for lunch on the weekends from 1 to 5 p.m.; note that the winding roads leading up to the agriturismo aren’t for the faint of heart.
