While my wife and I have been to Italy before, when it came time to take our boys (8 & 10), we needed some advice. We were happy to return to some of the same places but we wanted new adventures. The family very much enjoyed the trip and thanks to you we packed in a lot without tiring ourselves so as to need a holiday to recover! Appreciate how responsive you were thru the trip as well and of course during the planning stages Some really great memories for the family. We loved the castle–awesome views, great service and atmosphere. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent.  The Florence hotel fantastic location close to everything,  nice people and service and lovely rooftop garden for drinks/aperitif.  In Rome, very nice front desk people –most helpful. Nice breakfast. Appreciate the early check in.  

The were all excellent really superb and frankly hard to choose between. Our Florence guide was fantastic – educated and entertained us and had a clear expertise about his subject but  interactive so it wasn’t a data dump of information. Great with the kids.  Everyone really loved him! In Siena and the Tuscan countryside, our guide was very knowledgeable very interesting and someone time flew with.  Our guide in  Rome, again just an amazing knowledge base with every answer and a great pace and connection with the family.  Probably we spent the least time with our guide in Venice, but  she was fantastic and very funny apart from being a true expert on Venice. 

Again thanks for customizing a great itinerary and travel plan for us.  We really enjoyed Italy thanks to you and have some lasting memories of our last trip together before our daughter goes off to college- and travel in the future is likely to be different! – Chester Twigg
