A more accessible event celebrating all things truffle is the annual truffle fair held each fall in the center of the charming town of Alba. The fair has been held for more than 80 years and includes a truffle market (where hunters bring their freshest black and white finds), a show including cooking demonstrations and cultural events such as a donkey palio.
