Pizza was born in Naples and it remains synonymous with the city. Enzo Coccia is a master pizzaiolo and teaches amateurs and professionals how to make true Neapolitan pizza. Coccia offers one-day lessons for a minimum of five people (100€ per person); an English interpreter can be arranged. A more professional week- long course is 700€ per person.
