At this national celebration, revelers welcome the happy harvest of the grape with the opening of 100 wine cellars for free tasting of the young wines by the public! This Novello (New) wine has a fresh, light flavor, and is coupled with local food delicacies and regional specialties like cheeses, nuts, breads and cured meats from the area.
