Air Watch: New Flights from the U.S. to Italy

Delta will offer new non-stop service between Atlanta and
Venice starting June 6, 2006 and seasonal service between Cincinnati and Rome starting March 1.

Eurofly begins non-stop weekend service between New York’s
John F. Kennedy Airport and Rome this May.The flights, on Airbus 330-220 aircraft,
will depart every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, between May 11 and November 12,
2006.The Italian airline already offers non-stop service between JFK and Bologna,
Naples and Palermo.

US Airways begins daily service between Philadelphia and Milan
starting May 30, 2006.
